A wide variety of classes were offered. These included:

- Organic Gardening in High Altitudes,
- How to Grow a “Green” Garden– Holistic Pest Control,
- Master Mountain Composter,
- Silvana’s Children Garden-Starting From Seed,
- Extending the Growing Season-Planting for Fall & Winter,
- Hydroponic Gardening and
- Forcing Bulbs.
